FRIENDS AND SUPPORTERS – PLEASE GET WRITING YOUR OBJECTION LETTER BY 19TH JULY!

Powys County Council have now posted closure notices at John Beddoes School and in the local press, giving one month for people to register any objections.  If any objections are received, the issue will be passed to the Welsh Assembly Education Minister for the final decision – but if no objections are received, Powys will be able to go straight ahead with their closure and takeover plans.  Please write to Mr Jeremy Patterson, Chief Executive  – your letters need to reach him by 19th July.
If you wrote as part of the consultation process, please print out your letter again and send it to Mr Patterson – the letters sent during the consultation period won’t count as objections unless you re-address them and send them again.
Please send your letter to:

Jeremy Patterson, Chief Executive, Powys County Council, County Hall, Llandrindod Wells,  LD1 5LG
(by post, not email) your letters need to reach him by 19th July
